Sausages are a very versatile food . It can be cooked in a variety of ways, used in many recipes and can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, dinner or as a snack. Get some recipe inspirations, whichever way you choose to eat them , they will sure be delicious!

HOW TO COOK

ALWAYS DEFROST YOUR SAUSAGES BEFORE COOKING

Whichever way you cook your sausages, they are ready when the outside is a deep golden brown, the inside is pale with no sign of pink and juices run clear

GRILLING

Preheat grill to medium heat.
Place sausages on a rack, put under the grill not too close to the heat.
Grill for 15minutes, turning halfway through.

FRYING

Heat frying pan over medium heat with small amount of oil.
Carefully lay sausages onto pan, taking care to not overcrowd the pan
Turn the sausages in the hot fat to coat them
Cook for 15-20 minutes, turning regularly

OVEN BAKE

Preheat the oven to 375⁰F (190⁰C)
Add small amount of oil to lightly cover tray and to coat sausages
Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning 2-3 times as they cook

BARBECUE

Get the BBQ fired up ready for cooking
Place sausages directly over the heat for a minute to lightly brown
Move sausages as far away from the heat as possible.
BBQ for 10-15minutes, turning regularly.
