Our sausages only contain pork,
blended with herbs, spices, seasonings.
Because we use the freshest locally sourced ingredients, there is no need for MSG, sugar, or artificial flavorings. To not distract from the meaty goodness of our sausages, we don’t add flour, emulsifiers or fillers to bulk out our sausages. We use the natural, chemical free way to store our sausages – by freezing. Immediately after production, our sausages are vacuum packed and frozen at under 0°C. They can be kept indefinitely provided they are unopened and kept under 0°C.
